Also having this problem.

I have read of one person getting it to run with "-opengl" and another with
"-game -opengl" - but this has not helped for me (also it does not seem the
flags are recognised).

Trying to run game with:

Emulated Virtual Desktop  : NO
Fullscreen                : NO
Resolution                : 640x480
