I think this is a duplicate of http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17701.

Anyway, I'm also seeing this issue:
Running wine git master (recent checkout, I can't test wine-1.1.23 since it
crashes early with 3D apps for me) on a integrated Radeon HD3200, using fglrx
(recent Catalyst 9.5 series).

GLSL is enabled and DX9 mode is selected.
