Can someone set the component to wined3d? It's either a bug inside the driver
(is anyone seeing this with a nvidia card? Or an ATI card using the open-source
driver? Or anyone with DX9-capable hardware that is not powered by fglrx?) or a
bug inside wined3d.

Looks to me like either error in the vertex buffer or calculation errors inside
the vertex shader. If it's the vertex buffer there might be some memory
corruption around.
