Hi,

I can confirm this bug in Civilization IV 1-DVD version (just plain Civ IV, no
expansions). The ouput I get is very similar to the one pasted here, and also
the bug description matches. The last working version seems to be 1.1.21 (not
1.1.22, but maybe the original reporter upgraded straight from 1.1.21 to .23
but tought he was upgrading from .22?). Well, at least it doesn't work in
1.1.23 here.

I might help in regression testing, since I've done that before and I've got a
reasonably fast machine to compile. But I'll be away until next week, so I
won't be able to do it until then.
