dont go far, Its the CopyProtection's problem (Tages) it doesnt see that it is
running with  Administrator privileges when it tries to install itself. It
proly

also the fun part is that it exits w/o any error (at the console) outputs
just a fixme:reg:GetNativeSystemInfo (0x32e0b4) using GetSystemInfo() hmmm
