I agree some of the most useful registry keys should be modifiable in winecfg;
however this popped on wine-devel recently, and IIRC the outcome was "it's
almost not needed anymore".
Needed or not, it should still be modifiable easily, but I'm not the one with
the required knowledge to make a patch...

Component should be programs.
