Terminal output after pressing particular buttons

Pressing 
1) Next - nothing happens
2) Close - window goes blank
3) Back - window goes blank

For "Next" there is only one in terminal

err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {3050f4f5-98b5-11cf-bb82-00aa00bdce0b} not
registered

Will it be hard to fix so we could go to next registration screen?
