Skype 3.8 setup in Win95 mode

Setup runs, and starts installing.

WINEPREFIX was clean, only change was setting Windows mode to Win95.

A wine crash dialog appears, and upon dismissing it, Skype.exe seem to hang. I
killed it after about a minute with 'wineserver -k'
