I confirm that this problem exists in wine 1.0.1 with both PhotoPlus 10 and
PhotoPlus 6.0.

While PhotoPlus 10 afaik only comes on magazine DVDs, PhotoPlus 6.0 can be
downloaded for example here: http://www.foto-freeware.de/photoplus.php
