Version 5.5 has the same problem.

X Error of failed request:  BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
  Major opcode of failed request:  53 (X_CreatePixmap)
  Serial number of failed request:  162016
  Current serial number in output stream:  162158

Please advise what further debug info would be useful.
