There is a 1 MB-limit for attachements. So how would you attache a file of
about 1.5 MB?

I've been aske by Austin English (s. comment#8).

I de-installed the application and wine too; then I removed the
~\.wine-directory.
Reinstalled wine 1.1.24 from the WineHQ-repository for Ubuntu including the
package "wine-dev". Thus Wine debug symbols ought to bee installed too.

Those fonts I already removed right after installing Ubuntu the first time.

Tried 'winetricks fontfix' as ordered by you.

After all this preparations I opened terminal and entered:

env wine "C:\Programme\Papyrus Autor\Papyrus Autor.exe".

Nothing changed. That application didn't start.
For details see the attached txt-file.
