Would love to confirm this bug, but I am not able to install outlook express.
Afer searching I finally found this download:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/E-mail/E-mail-Clients/Outlook-Express.shtml

Yet it complains that the version of internet explorer in wine is newer than
the one budled in this install.

Please give instructions on how to install Outlook Express, then I will try
confirm this bug if there is any.
