I have the same problem trying to play Sims 3 with the Intel 4500.  My daughter
bought Sims 3 and is deparately waiting to play it.  

Even without the shader problem it blacks out the screen during the install of
iTunes and double paints the Sims 3 installation dialog boxes.  Is there
something else I should test out also?
