Is this bug really fixed?

I updated to 1.1.16 but still have a switched keyboard layout for Y and Z in
Metin2 (download link: http://metin2.de/main/download) for the short keys.

i.e. for account names, chat etc. everything is fine. Y is Y and Z is Z. 

But to pick up something from the floor is supposed to work with Y, but with
Wine I need to press Z. Other keyboard short cuts like C etc. work as expected.

With an old Wine version (e.g. 0.9.56) it worked as expected and under XP it
works with Y, too.

Should I file a new but or is will the status of this one be changed?

I think it is worth noting that Metin2 is developed in Korea and has an option
to use the internal or the external IME. But the problem exist with both
choices.

To recreate the issue, you can get a free account for the game and drop
something on the floor. Then press Y or Z to pick it up.
