Hmm, then we have an extreme tricky bug here.
I have unique ability to compare it's presence and absence on same computer,
but I have no idea on how to track it's origin on my own, other then regression
test and/or diff git tag 1.1.16 against 1.1.16 release.
If any one have an ideas on what I should do to find the cause I'd like to hear
them.
