My problem is exactly described in the header of this bug: "Switched Y/Z on
german keybord settings"

And this problem persists in 1.1.16 and is not related to
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15350 since this bug is a regression in
1.1.3, but the Y/Z problem exists at last since version 1.0.

Thus there is no open bug which describes the problem.
