Anyway I did today : 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the program ( Meta Trader ) . 
   Nothing change it . Do not load .

2. Remove complitely wine 1.1.16 and re install wine same versione 1.1.16 .
Then I reinstalled the program Meta Trader . 
Now it's loading  and works apparently without problems . 

Honestly I don't know if it is a wine bug or not a this point. 
Probably something been corrupted . 

Which is the cause ? Wine ? Ubuntu ? Hardware ? I don't know .

I will go on some day to use it checking if it is stable or not .
