echo > c:\bin\sh
GetFileAttributesA("/bin/sh"); returns FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ARCHIVE (0x20)
Unix style paths on Windows refer to the current drive.

These tests are broken then.
The only valid part of this bug report is that Z: is searched when a unix style
path is used, but it shouldn't be unless it's the current drive. There's
already another bug report open about this.
