Toolbar appears while firefox works

Another strange behaviour: 
- This toolbar doesn't want to be covered by other windows. 

I attached image with unminimized AutoCAD Mechanical 2008 and Firefox. On the
image you can see that toolbar which shouldn't be displayed because it is
covered by Firefox.

Additional information:
This toolbar cannot be undocked
