I was able to reproduce the bug with your description, although there is no
need to enter text before hitting the clean button.

I also tested in wine-1.0.1 and wine-1.1.14.  Both of these versions had the
same crash.  Can you find a version of wine without the "regression".  Make
sure it isn't a different version of the application that is causing the crash.
