Which wine version can be patched?
I tried with 1.1.17 and obtained the following error message :

patching file dlls/secur32/schannel.c
Hunk #1 FAILED at 165.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file dlls/secur32/schannel.c.rej
