WINEDEBUG=+msi,+advapi,+relay,+seh Wine 1.1.18 last 500000 lines

Situation changed in Wine 1.1.18. An error is now displayed

For service pack 1:

Installation Error
This service pack could not be installed because it is not designed for the
version of service pack that is installed on your computer.

+(only if WINEDEBUG=+msi,+advapi,+relay,+seh otherwise this second message
doesn't display)

Installation Unnecessary
Your version of service pack is up-to-date and this service pack is not
necessary

For service pack 2:

Installation Error
This service pack could not be installed because it is not designed for the
version of AutoCAD Mechanical 2008 that is installed on your computer.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

both service packs are designed for all AutoCAD Mechanical 2008 versions.
Before installation I can check in AutoCAD Mechanical 2008 that none of service
pack is installed. After every run the "MSP2" (size 7.2 MiB) file is created in
temp directory.
