Confirming the bug with wine-1.1.18
I tried to replace quartz.dll, it worked well for a couple of minutes (no more
lag) then it crashed and the backtrace told me about quartz problems.
Config: Wine 1.1.18, Ubuntu Intrepid 64, Morrowind GOTY (French), laptop Sager
NP2096 / GPU NVidia 9600M GT, drivers x86_64-180.44 / CPU Intel P96
