On Windows XP I see exactly the same picture. Table extending a bit beyond the
right margin.

That is why I thought the bug happened when you created the table. 

Another thing might be paper size, File->DocumentProperties->PrintSetup is here
A4. Changing to letter gives table aligning on the right marging perfectly,
both on windows and wine.

Perhaps you can look at the paper size under wine.
