You can add links to queued apps, but it's not intuitive.

The complaint was about posting rubbish into test results, which shouldn't be
done.

The current process is very simple.

1. Submit an application in the AppDB.
2. Submit a bug report for the app.
3. When the app is accepted into the appdb, you receive an email.
4. Open the app and add the bug.

The real problem is people not bothering to add links at all, I've added over a
hundred this week.
