Hi Vitaliy,

   Tearing ones hair out trying to use Approach would apply to 
at least minor.  I am concerned that too low a severity will
get this bug thrown on the dust bin.  It is really, really
driving me crazy.  Would you consider at least "minor", as it
seems to perfectly describe the problem?  There is

1) loss of functionality (you can not see any of the fields),

2) a workaround is present (grabbing the bottom, right and sizing it small then
sizing it large), and

3) the user is going out of his mind (and he whines a lot too)
