To clarify my comments. I participated in this bug ticket because it was
already linked to the installer that was giving me this error (Rome Total War).
I don't know if anybody recommended 1.1.13, but I do know that moving from
1.1.12 to any later version seemed to stop this specific error for me. It might
also be relevant that I am using Gentoo, not Ubuntu.
