Confirming bug.

It is a problem with a clumsy work-around present, therefore the severity is at
least minor. Classifying as "normal" could also be, since the work-around does
not work very well here. I have to fiddle with the size a number of times
before the core function of the program (database program showing database
records) is restored.

It looks that this bug is the fourth one that you reported that involves the
MDI windows of Approach (others are 18159, 18233 and 18234). These all may be
related.
