The obvious workaround, installing to an ext2 partition and copying over,
doesn't work, at least in the case of Shaiya. The updater fails with a cryptic
"Extraction failed" message and trying to run the game directly only calls the
updater. Running it from the ext2 volume allows it to progress to the current
GameGuard-related brick wall. Apparently IS isn't the only victim of this
bug...
