This is also repeatable by me using the method described... really just any
"big" HTML file.

Also found that if I open dreamweaver and then immediately open the HTML
document and click "Split" view it will freeze 90% of the time right away...
for the other 10%, I just have to switch between Split & Design view a few
times.
