Yes sorry, I was just about to post that it does look like the additional space
comes from ShellExecuteEx rather than explorer as I earlier thought, it also
looks like the other bug is that ShellExecuteEx quotes the first argument of
the commandline unconditionally, ie if there is any space to be escaped or not
and Wine doesn't quote at all.
