I google the internet and find several people having the same issue, but I
suddenly realize that those people are all chinese people. So I switch my
environment from zh_CN.UTF8 to en_CA.UTF8 and test again. Yes, the problem is
gone.
And then I switch my box to several language environment and test again. All
language are based on UTF8 character set. Here is the result:

Chinese: Fail
English: Pass
French: Pass
Greek: Pass
Italian: Pass
Japanese: Fail
Korean: Fail
Russian: Pass
Spanish: Pass
Thai: Pass

So can we conclude that it should be a font problem?
