I have installed debug symbols:
$ dpkg -l | grep wine
ii  wine                                 1.1.21~winehq1-1              
Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer
ii  wine-dbg                             1.1.21~winehq1-1              
Debugging symbols for Wine

And upgraded wine version to 1.1.21, still the same problem occurs.
