Console output from the Rhino 3D installer

This is a new output from the installer when run with Wind 1.1.21.

A dialog window reporting a msiexec.exe failure pops up. Such a window had not
been there before.

The Rhino installer reports successful completion despite the msiexec failure.
(?) However, the application still crashes exactly the same way as last time.
