3d desktop effects are disabled and compiz is not running. I am running Fedora
11, however I compiled and installed wine from winehq's source package.

My video card is a ATI Rage 128 Pro running the x.org r128 driver.

I am happy to provide any information you require as well as any output that
may help diagnose the bug.
