Summary: Nostale Bug Graphic or Mouse
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.21
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
ReportedBy: onido89 at gmail.com
Hi,
i use Darwine builds for Mac (latest is 1.1.21) and i tryed to install Nostale
over there and it runs correctly upon the fact that the Mouse isn't working
correctly. Precisely, entire game works (for example i can login, select PG and
start the game) but after i'm in the game i cannot move the character and i
cannot click on any monster, BUT in fact i can click over all the menu and so
on (like changin options, leveling the music volume, etc.).
I'm using OpenGL environment (like all the guys on AppDB told) but either
OpenGL or DirectX give me this error.
Another fact seems that if i click to move my pg i cannot see him moving, but i
can see others moving (like monsters and other players). And if i logout and i
login again seems that my player moved from the area where i had it (like
before i didn't see my pg to move on the map, but in fact he did). So i think
is a bug over the GFX part (now i don't know which of them are precisely into
Wine) but the server get precisely the coordinates (so if i logout and i login
again i get the pg in a new position) but i cannot see him moving (ONLY MINE!).
While other players can move without any problem.
Please help me, i think this is a bug, but i don't precisely if is a Darwine
(so Mac port) bug or Wine itself.
I'm using DarWine 1.1.21 with XQuartz installed (i also tryed with X11
installed by default) over Mac OS X 10.5.7.
Greets,
onido
