registry settings to skip wmf11 install

Here are the steps needed to finish the installation starting with an fresh
.wine directory:
1. winetricks dotnet20
2. winetricks vcrun2005sp1
3. wine acidpro70c.exe
4. Go into the directory %Programfiles%\Sony Setup\ACID Pro 7.0 and 
   run wine WMFDist11-WindowsXP-x86-ENU.exe
5. run the attached file in regedit
6. wine acidpro70c.exe
