Since Wine has no libpulse driver, the problems with pulseaudio only occur when
the pulseaudio daemon is running. libpulse0 is benign in this situation.

Due to the nature of the conflict between pulseaudio and Wine, any bug reported
with pulseaudio running is likely to be ignored. Pulse doesn't JUST cause audio
problems with Wine, it *can* also cause crashes or massive performance loss.

Also note, I can't find any references to "ICCup Launcher" on the ICCup
website. What application is this exactly?
