Please read the post. Pulseaudio causes lots of problems with Wine, and bug
reports submitted while using it are usually ignored.

The "Anti-Hack Launcher" is not called "ICCup Launcher", so this is why I
couldn't find what app you were talking about in your original report (where
you did not mention "Anti-Hack Launcher"). I've also raised this with the
supermaintainer for the AppDB entry.
