He did installed ie6 that's why he gets this error.

I don't use illegal crack advertised by Mark hughes and i run fine
Sims3Launcher.exe.

In attachment i'm showing that there is no error in welcome screen and that it
works correctly. When i install ie6 i get errors (just like in comment #7) in
every screen. The download screen is empty because the game is to be published
on 2nd June (i also don't get errors there) 

As i said earlier stop installing unneeded crap (vcrun2005 , allfonts, DirectX,
ie6) You make unneeded noise with this bug. The game needs only dotnet20 to
work and nothing else.
