If you have problems with compilation, you should be asking on a support forum,
or better yet, Google.  Bugzilla is not a support forum.

You have Ubuntu no doubt, run "sudo apt-get build-dep wine wine-dev" and
recompile.

http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit already tells you this!
