I confirm that this still happens in 1.1.22 but that it is actually not a bug
in it's most literal meaning. You just need to copy fonts over from windows to
the drive_c/Windows/Fonts folder. I believe they are using either Tahoma or
Verdana in Civilization Call to Power. Also, you can use (i believe) winetricks
and/or PlayOnLinux to install the needed fonts.
