[Bug 18520] error loading I.E6 within wine

I tried $ rm -rf ~/.wine in terminal window see below

but when I click on to i.e 6 shortcut and statrted to load i.e6
it came back saying the same as before??

should this be loaded as a "sudo rm -rf ~/.wine"???
