OK - I am going to have to ask for an extra hand here - I have used certmgr
(which I have used for some of my .Net/Mono SSL work) and I have used keytool
(for Java work) and I have imported the certificate for use with Firefox so
that the browser does not complain.  Apparently none of these tools imports the
certificate and puts it in a place that is friendly for Wine.

How do I import this certificate for Wine to see and use?
