This is a duplicate bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15437

After:

rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/user32.dll
rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/kernel32.dll

the crash is gone and the app starts up. The whole window is black, but that is
yet another bug, and not what this bugreport was about
