I meant do it like this:

* rm -rf ~/.wine
 * winetricks mdac28 jet40
 * rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/kernel32.dll
 * rm -rf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/user32.dll
