Ok. Unfortunately I'm a bit away of my devel box, and home speedy network, so I
can't be fast enough here. For anyone willing to help - I think the first thing
to try is to use supplied context for DIB_RGB_COLORS flag if it's valid, and
create another context only if it's invalid. It's a very simple diff, I'm sorry
I'm not able to do it now.
