I have version 7.4, and the bug has indeed mysteriously dissapeared. 

Mysteriously because WebBrowser_Stop is still unimplemented, but in the console
output it turns out that WebBrowser_Stop is not called anymore at all.

Only reason I can think of is that because of some upgrade of gecko, now a
different code path is taken by the app???

Anyway, one way or another, the bug is fixed
