Oops, no it's not fixed. I had things changed as Win98. Actually, now it's
worse - no skin displays at all using 'Using global settings' in winecfg.

The practice IS substaintially better and as listed above when allowing
Rainmeter to run under Win98, however.

Sorry for the mixup! So, yes, problem still exists, so on so forth.
