I see you set 1.1.32, but this version works OK.

This is not a problem, because it works well with it. As you can see from diff
it is in both - in working and also in freezing. So it does not have influence
on freezing, does it?

Well it should not be duplicate, because the problem here is caused by commit
9059892ec1da79567279aaeb96f46791718bc7a1, which is not mentioned in bug 19517.
